All orders are processed and packed on Tuesdays, Fridays and Sundays (unless you have paid for express shipping). Your order is sent from Brisbane, Queensland, Australia.

We use at all times possible recyclable and compostable materials in our packaging. We want to do the best we can for our environment and ensure that our world is still here to be explored in future generations.

 

Australian delivery

> Standard shipping - $8.95 flat rate ⤖ All orders within Australia are delivered with a fast and reliable courier or Australia Post. 

> FREE standard shipping ⤖ on all Australian orders of $85 or more.

> Express shipping - $11.95 ⤖ Delivered with Australia Post. Make sure you select this option at the checkout.

USA delivery

> Standard shipping to USA - $5.99 (USD) flat rate ⤖ American orders are shipped via courier. Delivery times vary and can often be between 5 - 10 business days, depending on your location.  

> FREE USA delivery ⤖ on all orders of $95 (USD) or more.

> Express USA shipping - $12.95 (USD) ⤖ Delivered with Australia Post. Make sure you select this option at the checkout. 

> FREE Express USA shipping ⤖ on all orders of $150 (USD) or more.

New Zealand delivery

> Standard shipping to NZ - $14.95 (AUD) flat rate ⤖ New Zealand orders are shipped via courier or Australia Post. Delivery times vary and can often be between 3 - 5 business days, depending on your location.  

> FREE New Zealand delivery ⤖ on all international orders of $150 (AUD) or more.

All other International delivery 

> Standard international shipping - $19.95 (AUD) flat rate ⤖ International orders are shipped via courier or Australia Post. International delivery times vary and may be between 3 - 14 business days, depending on your location.  

> FREE international delivery ⤖ on all international orders of $150 (AUD) or more.

Note: International orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes so please contact your local customs authority for all details and rates. Lost Lover cannot be held responsible for any such additional charges. Lost Lover will declare the full product value on your customs declaration form. 

 

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

We want to make sure you are 100% happy with your Lost Lover order, and we accept returns within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.

Please note - you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you receive a refund, the refund amount will be for the original cost of the item, excluding shipping costs. If you request an exchange, you will be responsible for paying the additional shipping costs.
